As a Technical Support, your primary job is to make sure that all the users are being helped to access and use their service. You’ll communicate with users through, phone, chat, and email. If there are any problems with the software you will identify, isolate, and report this problem to the software engineers. But most important it is your task to keep user satisfaction high.

Being good enough is always the question, but in this case, the answer is yes. You’ve worked in a technical role for a couple of years before, so that’s not new for you. You’re an expert in quickly identifying problems and providing solutions regarding software and networking issues. But most important you enjoy communicating with people and you’re effectively doing so.
