As the Tech Lead of this company, you will be the key factor between the customer, your team, and the Product Owner. Your responsibility is to translate the information flows and requirements to ensure that the development team has a perfect understanding of the project’s objectives. As a real leader, you are continuously evaluating and challenging the technology and managing and developing the team. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop the platform is also part of your responsibilities, using Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, PHP 8, and NodeJS.
I want to do this, what do you need from me?
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Besides that, with 10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role and a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and solutions, you understand how IT works. Of course, you know your way with PHP 8, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, NodeJS, and React. Furthermore, you are an expert in Internet technologies, DNS, domain management, and website technologies. And leading and managing a technology team in an Agile environment is what you are made for.
