A bridge builder. That’s you in one word. You form the link between concepts and ideas and the best software solutions. Preferably with the latest techniques and all this to make people’s lives a bit easier.
Tell me more…
Building the coolest software for future-oriented customers, that is the focus of this company. Solutions that make a visible difference. From CRM tools and customer portals, to proactive chatbots and property management platforms. It does not matter in which sector a customer is active, but it is how quickly they want to change that matters.
Every project is different. No company is the same and the next challenge is even bigger than the last. It is therefore important to understand that challenge well and to offer a suitable solution. This is where you come in.
What do they need?
To find a suitable answer to their customers’ questions, they first want to really understand the question. The question behind the question. That is why they need someone who can take the technical lead within the projects. Someone who knows how to find their way quickly in a new environment. But is also able to develop high-level code.
As a Senior PHP Developer, you work closely with the CTO, Product Owners, and other software developers every day. You are the point of contact for the software development components that are on the roadmap.
Together you will work to realize the customer’s wishes, whereby you determine the approach, structure, and technical implementation to arrive at the best software solution. Then you ensure that the solutions are technically thought out and that the solutions are brought to life by developing the best code in PHP with Laravel and/or Symfony. Finally, you write the tests. When you are up and running you will also pick up some mentoring from the less experienced developers on the team.
Sounds cool, but do I get something in return?
Of course, you will also be well rewarded for all that hard work. The salary is between €4.500 – €5.900 gross per month, depending on your skill set. In addition, you will receive an excellent package of secondary conditions, including a pension. Flexible working hours, working from home 2-3 times a week, homework set-up and compensation, and regular external courses or training are all included. So what are you waiting for? Apply Now!
