Let’s be honest; you’ve probably written code for stuff no one ever sees. Internal tools, reports, dashboards gathering digital dust. Not here. Here, your code actually does something. It helps real people build real things. Think warehouses, tools, logistics and more. Yep, you do good and get paid even better. Keep reading, you’ll be impressed!

Sure, tell me more…

This isn’t just some abstract software floating in the cloud. The tech you build connects directly to physical products used daily by professionals in workshops and industrial environments worldwide. The company started out focused on high-quality products and smart solutions — building a reputation for reliability and innovation across multiple countries.

What makes it special for you as a dev? You’ll work with the latest .NET tech, cloud-native solutions, and a close-knit team that values your ideas. Plus, plenty of room to grow and help shape the digital backbone of a brand that puts quality and practical innovation first.

What do I do here?

As a Senior .NET Tech Lead, you’ll lead the technical implementation of a brand-new ERP system that connects all critical digital operations within a global e-commerce environment. This includes integrating WMS, PIM, CRM, and multiple e-commerce platforms into one unified architecture. You’ll be responsible for architecting and optimizing this ERP solution within an existing IT landscape, building scalable and secure APIs to ensure good communication between all connected systems. You’ll also modernize or refactor existing services into clean, efficient C#/.NET applications — all while aligning with long-term goals and collaborating with the Product Owner and CFO to define the technical roadmap.

Beyond development, you’ll mentor the engineering team and drive adoption of best practices in clean code, DevOps, and cloud development on Azure. Your leadership will play a great role in continuously improving processes and technical capabilities. You’ll assess emerging technologies and decide which innovations truly add value. Communication is central: you’ll provide clear updates on progress and decisions to both internal stakeholders and external partners. You’ll work cross-functionally with other teams to reach shared objectives and deliver high-impact digital solutions.

Do I got what it takes?

First things first: you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. You’ve got at least 6 years of experience with .NET Core, Azure, and SQL Server, working in an international environment. You confidently take technical ownership while collaborating closely with your team.

You know how to architect clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases — with proven experience building scalable and secure APIs. You’re fluent in C# and .NET, and know your way around Entity Framework and Azure services. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and ERP integrations is a plus. Knowledge of messaging systems like RabbitMQ and UI frameworks such as Blazor is a bonus.

Pragmatic by nature, you balance when to enforce best practices and when to adapt, always thinking a few steps ahead. Whether you’re driving architecture decisions, mentoring colleagues, or diving deep into tricky bugs, you handle it all with skill and eagerness. Last but not least: you’re fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Is is worth it?

For sure! We’re talking a solid €90.000,- to €110.000,- per year, depending on your experience and skills. But it’s not just about the money, though that’s definitely nice. You get real chances to level up your skills with top-notch learning and development in an international setting. Count on a monthly pension contribution because retirement matters, plus the flexibility to work from home one day a week.Basically, you get paid well, grow fast, and work somewhere that truly values your craft.
