What can I do exactly?
As the Operation Manager E-Mobility you will take the responsibility for the performance of the charging network across our whole continent. You will be involved in all topics impacting the operational quality and services. Developing and launching an operational strategy, making sure customers have a world class experience and developing a process architecture for problem and incident management, will be a few of your main duties. In addition, you will keep busy by actively onboarding new customers and charging assets, engaging with Execution teams and defining and managing operational business processes. A wide range of challenging but fun tasks, are you ready for it?
That sounds great! What do you need from me?
You have a relevant Bachelor’s degree and more than a few years of senior level experience in network operations, asset management or infrastructure development. Also, you’ve got hands-on experience and excellent understanding of managing distributed assets. You are a king in multitasking and you know how to solve problems to keep customers happy at all times.
