Embark on the journey of success as a .NET Support Engineer. You’ll join the core of this organization’s achievements with TTS, the in-house application. Act as the organization’s advocate, infusing best practices through your extensive network. Elevate the customer’s software development process and product maturity by merging your expertise with theirs. Your responsibilities include monitoring batch jobs, conducting daily checks, resolving incidents, managing user access requests, and engaging with users via chat, voice, and email. This is your chance to shape the future!
Sounds good, what do they need from me?
You have excellent understanding in debugging the Oracle objects and strong PL/SQL programming skills. Debugging using the right tools to understand the API errors? That’s piece of cake for you. And you know how to work with batch jobs and monitoring. Also, you have great English verbal and written skills and live in the Netherlands. And do you have knowledge of PowerBuilder and ServiceNow? Then you score some bonus points!
