What will I be doing here?

In this role, you lead the design and engineering of mechanical systems built to perform in demanding environments. You guide and coach the team to keep skills sharp and performance strong. Additionally, you review processes, installations, and equipment to improve them. Drawings get reviewed for clarity and completeness, and engineering packages get updated when needed. You provide input for detailed machinery and piping plans and specify what work to outsource. You work with stakeholders and share insights regularly through reports on key developments. Staying on top of new methods and tech is part of the job, as you develop, test, and implement improvements that make projects smarter and smoother.
