What can I do exactly?
As the Lead, you steer the front-end domain and deliver technological initiatives and these can be department or company-wide. Furthermore, you will participate in making high-stakes technical decisions and assist leadership in making the right calls when it comes to technology.
Do I have the required skills to work here?
The most important thing you will bring is your extensive years of working experience in Front-end development. You possess both in-depth and breadth knowledge in the Front-end domain, and you are not afraid to dive deep into hands-on work but can also zoom out when necessary.
Besides this you are a master of JavaScript-based front-end technologies, including Node.js, React, and beyond. Also the extensive experience in browser APIs and cross-mobile platform development is something that you are familiar with. After all you are responsible for your own development. That is why you decide how, what and when you learn.
