In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in a dynamic international scale-up, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals. Together, you’ll uncover opportunities for the remote monitoring platform, revolutionizing care pathways and making a tangible impact. As a leader, you’ll craft strategy, optimize team roles, and be a hands-on contributor, never shying away from the smallest task. Your primary focus is to develop a tailored strategy for Germany, including closing, extending, and modifying customer contracts, along with upselling and cross-selling programs. You’ll create an environment ripe for successful customer implementations. Collaborating within the Germany circle, you’ll shape strategies that ensure continuous growth and a positive impact. Definitely, but what do they need from me?
You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in one or more leadership roles. Your years of experience in Digital Health and the German Health System make you able to really make an impact. Also, you are proficient in using CRM systems such as Hubspot and know how to shape and optimize a sales strategy and process. And thanks to your agile mindset, you’ll drive innovation and take ownership, generating unstoppable momentum. Important to note, you live in Germany and speak English and native German.

You’ll receive a monthly salary between €5.800,- and €6.600,- for a 4-day workweek. So basically you’re getting paid for a fulltime job, taking a day off each Friday. How cool is that?
