As the leader within the Digital Tech subdepartment, your role will involve overseeing the Digital Tech web and app delivery team, comprising approximately 15 full-time equivalents. This team is dedicated to enhancing the Customer Experience (CX) and the functionality of our digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on improving technical performance within the digital landscape.
As the Digital Tech lead, your primary responsibility is to steer the growth and stability of the digital technology platforms, encompassing webshops, mobile applications, marketplaces, and master data integrations. This entails the delivery of technology solutions aligned with the Digital Roadmap.

The possession of a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or an equivalent or higher qualification is a good start. Furthermore, a proven track record of more than 5 years in Project and Program Management, specifically within the realms of agile methodologies and digital projects.
