Not limited to only one domain, because you never know what else needs to be transformed. Because the use of data is becoming an increasingly important part of this organization, any experience you have with it is considered a plus.
You preferably have a relevant education. You see opportunities where others do not and are a creative thinker who is intrinsically motivated to contribute to sustainability. You have experience with digital change/transformation projects and are strong in communication. Experience with Prince2 or Agile is nice to have and contributes well. Furthermore, you can work with a customer-focused eye to achieve the best possible experience. The critical and analytical view is no stranger to you and you can get stakeholders at all levels on board like no other.
