What will be expected from you?
As a Community Development Associate, you will be part of the Crowd development team. This team is responsible for attracting and maintaining the users of their Crowdsourcing platform. You will reach out to the users in every possible way. Whether it is via email, social media, or phone. Together with the marketing team, you will discuss what your community needs.

Your insights and communicative abilities help with a smooth onboarding of the app and a flawless experience for the current user. Since a big part of the users is German, it is of great importance that you’re skilled in this language as well.
