As the Functional Application Manager, you are responsible for the design, configuration, and end-user support in the project and program management tool (Clarizen One), the system where they switch to. You will manage the integration of applications to that tool, and contribute to process simplification and normalization. This, together with identifying process and system risks, creating Clarizen dashboards and more will be part of your function in this unique job. In addition, you will be the go-to person transitioning users into the new system and support them to increase the adoption rate.

You have at least a couple of years of experience with configuring and administrating innovative software solutions, so that’s good news. Because this is not your first project management or consulting position, you know how to work independently. Experience with Clarizen? That will make the eyes of this company really open for you. And last but not least, the use of data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI and Excel Macro’s and SQL programming make you the perfect candidate.
